LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort brings together a LEGOLAND Park, Water Park and Hotel in one LEGO® themed location. Istana Maziah | Maziah Castle

Istana Maziah is the official Terengganu sultan’s palace. It is located near Bukit Puteri in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu, Malaysia. The distinct deep yellow structure of the Istana Maziah royal palace is hard to miss if you’re walking around Kuala Terengganu. Istana Maziah is the venue for royal birthdays, weddings, conferment of titles and receptions for local and foreign dignitaries. 20 craftsmen using limestone mixed with clay, coarse salt, egg yolk and honey constructed it. Istana Maziah can be accessed through Jalan Zultan Zainal Abidin or Jalan Hiliran. The normal taxi fare is 8.5 sen for one km and 10 sen for one km for air-conditioned taxis.

Terengganu - Tembat Waterfall

Located on the Tembat River, the waterfall is a beautiful gradual series of flowing water on boulders and edges. Unlike Lasir and Saok, Tembat is actually composed of five rapids with fast Nowing streams to form a cascading waterfall. It is a very popular spot for visitors and campers as there is a camping site by the fall which can accommodate a fairly large group easily. In addition, there is also a hiking trail which will enable you to reach the top and from that vantage point you will be rewarded with a magnificent view of the waterfall. From Gawi to Tembat you only need a 45 to 60-minute boatride.
